Professional Services Agreement

By using the services of Webber Psychology, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your care and our practice operations.

1. Clinical Services

Webber Psychology provides psychological assessment and therapy services. While we strive to provide the highest level of care, the outcome of therapy depends on many factors, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require **48 hours' notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the full session fee.

3. Payment of Fees

Fees are due at the time of service. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers; however, you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance plan.

4. Emergency Support

Webber Psychology is not a crisis center. Our clinicians are not available 24/7. In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
